Is There a Minimum Contract Term?
CurrentWare’s plans have a 1-year minimum contract term; pricing breaks are available for those that sign up for multi-year plans.
Any licenses added within that term will be prorated based on your consolidated renewal date.
Volume license discounts are available starting for as low as 100 users, with discounts increasing depending on the number of licenses and the length of the contract term.
Is There a Fee to Join the CurrentWare Partner Program?
No. CurrentWare partners are not charged any partnership fees beyond the cost of their licenses.
If My Client Uses Active Directory and All of Their Computers Are Bound to It, Will There Be a 1:1 License per User Ratio?
Yes. CurrentWare allows you to integrate your client’s Active Directory hierarchy onto their own CurrentWare Console to easily manage their users.
Each domain-joined PC will be assigned one license. You may also unlicense computers as needed or transfer licenses to another computer.

Can I Easily Transfer Licenses From One Client To Another?
Yes. As a reseller, you will be provided with site licenses that can be readily applied to any of your customers.
To transfer one of your licenses to a different customer, simply deactivate the license for Customer A in their CurrentWare Console then reactivate the license within Customer B’s CurrentWare Console.

Can I Get Free NFR Licenses For Testing and Demo Purposes?
Yes. We provide NFR licenses and product training to ensure our partners have the resources they need to learn the CurrentWare Suite inside and out.
Once you are accepted as a CurrentWare Certified Partner you will be provided with NFR licenses. The number of NFR licenses provided can be adjusted to fit your needs by speaking with your account manager.
How Do I Set Up A Trial For My Customers?
To start a free trial simply fill out our free trial download form with your information to receive our latest setup file. The default trial limits are 14 days and up to 10 users.
If you need more time or users to properly evaluate CurrentWare in your client’s organization, you can reach out to our sales team.
How Do I Get Support as a Reseller?
Our customer support team is available from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. They can be reached via live chat, email, and phone.
We also provide a self-serve knowledge base and an onboarding guide to address the most common technical needs.
Is the CurrentWare Suite a Cloud Product?
The CurrentWare Suite can be deployed on-premises or on a cloud platform of your choice. Both deployment option are compatible with remote workers with a few configuration changes.
The CurrentWare Suite is not a cloud-native product; when deploying CurrentWare to the cloud you will be doing so on a virtual machine.
The CurrentWare Suite is verified Citrix ready, making VDI deployments simple.
